A photograph, licensed clearly.
Ryan selected a non-exclusive license for commercial and personal use. The following is the proposed direction to finalize before subscriptions begin.
What a licensed download would allow
Use of the photograph in personal projects, websites, social posts, advertising, editorial layouts, presentations, and finished client work. Permission would be non-exclusive; copyright would remain with the photographer.
What it would not allow
- Reselling or redistributing the photograph as a stock file, download bundle, template asset, or competing photo library.
- Claiming authorship, registering the photograph as a trademark, or transferring the underlying copyright.
- Using a photograph to imply an identifiable person's endorsement or consent that has not been supplied.
- Uploading originals to an AI training dataset or granting third parties unrelated access to the library.
Decisions still to finalize
Download limits; treatment of licensed downloads after cancellation; client transfer boundaries; attribution requirements; any print-on-demand or merchandise use; model/property releases; sensitive-use restrictions; refunds; jurisdiction; and the final subscription terms.
A license can only cover rights the photographer is able to grant. Each actual stock image needs rights/release review. Generated website concept imagery is not presented as Ryan’s licensed stock portfolio.
The private vault
Private photographs are excluded from the stock offering. Paying for a subscription never grants access to owner-only work.
